PLOT: Rafi (Anne Curtis) is happily committed to her lovely partner in life, Anton (Derek Ramsay). She’s a bachelorette from a rich family, who belongs to the “Friday Club”, the regular get-together of her college friends. Rafi is an attention-getter because of her in and out beauty and impressive credentials. But one day, a major life decision shifts everyone’s impression of her.

Sam (Andi Eigenmann), a rebellious, carefree and happy-go-lucky woman, who thinks that she can get away with her every dilemma. However, her perspectives turn 180 degrees when she meets the man who unexpectedly changes her life.

Kapamilya star Anne Curtis is set to launch her recently unveiled perfume line in a big way.

The “It’s Showtime” host will hold a “fashion concerto” at the SM Mall of Asia main atrium on Saturday as part of the ongoing Philippine Fashion Week, local lifestyle brand Bench announced in its official account on micro-blogging site Twitter.

Curtis’ perfume line — available in three scents: Sweetheart, Fierce and Glamorous — is the latest in Bench’s “Celebrity Scents Collection.”

Although the Kapamilya actress is the newest face of Bench fragrances, she is still an endorser of the brand’s rival clothing line Folded & Hung, specifically of its women’s wear items. It was with the same brand that Curtis launched her first scent series in 2010.

Curtis now joins other celebrity endorsers of Bench fragrances including Dingdong Dantes, Kris Aquino, Lucy Torres-Gomez, Piolo Pascual, Regine Velasquez, Richard Gomez, Willy Revillame, Georgina Wilson, Richard Gutierrez, Jake Cuenca, Gerald Anderson and Kim Chiu.

ANNE OJALES CURTIS-SMITH, also known as Anne Curtis. She was born on February 17, 1985 in Yarrawonga, Australia. Anne is the eldest daughter of Carmen Ojales, a Filipina and James Curtis-Smith, an Australian lawyer.

Anne Curtis’s entry to showbiz was unplanned. Anne was discovered by a talent scout while she was eating with her family while eating in a fast-food restaurant and was asked if she is interested in modeling. Within a week or so, Anne bagged her first commercial. Because of this, Anne and her Dad decided to move in the Philippines. Anne did her 7th grade in Colegio de Sta. Rita, and because Anne was not able to speak Filipino fluently, she had special Filipino classes.

Anne Curtis’s first movie was “Magic Kingdom”, where she played Princess Dahlia. After this, Anne appeared in several supporting roles in GMA Network’s shows. Some of the shows were “T.G.I.S.”, “Ikaw Na Sana” and the long-running situational comedy series “Beh Bote Nga”.

In 2004, Anne moved to ABS-CBN. The management of ABS-CBN gave her a more mature role, when she starred in “Hiram”. Her co-stars in the series were Kris Aquino, Dina Bonnevie, John Estrada, Heart Evangelista and Geoff Eigenmann.

In 2005, Anne got her first title role, via the television version of “Kampanerang Kuba”. The film version of Kampanerang Kuba was starred by star-of-all-season, Vilma Santos. Also in 2005, Anne hosted the reality show “Qpids” with her best friend, Luis Manzano.

In 2006, Anne got her first movie under Star Cinema, “All About Love”. It was a three-part movie and also starred some of the ABS-CBN’s biggest stars, John Lloyd Cruz, Bea Alonzo, Luis Manzano, Angelica Panganiban and Jason Abalos. Also in 2006, Anne co-starred with Kristine Hermosa in the horror hilm, “Wag Kang Lilingon”. Anne played the role of Melissa, a nurse and a psycho killer. In that same year, Anne starred in the critically acclaimed television drama series, “Maging Sino Ka Man”, wherein she was paired with her ex-boyfriend, Sam Milby. In this series Anne played the role of Celine. Her role in the series gave her a Best Actress Nomination in the 21st PMPC Star Awards for Television. Anne later reprised her role in the second installation of the series, “Maging Sino Ka Man: Ang Pagbabalik”.

In 2007, Anne starred in the blockbuster comedy-film, “Ang Cute Ng Ina Mo”, wherein she played the daughter of the Comedy Box Office Queen, Ai Ai de las Alas.

In 2008, Anne co-starred with an award-winning actor, Aga Muchlach in the film, “When Love Begins”. Later in that same year, Anne co-starred with Jericho Rosales in the award-winning period film, “Baler”. Anne won the Best Actress Award from the 34th Metro Manila Film Festival. Anne was also nominated in the 25th PMPC Star Awards for Movies as Film Actress of the Year and in the 11th Gawad Pasado Awards as Pinakapasadong Aktres. Also in 2008, Anne got her second title role, “Dyosa”. After this, Anne was dubbed as the “Dyosa” of Philippine Showbiz.

In 2009, Anne was one of the main hosts of the highly popular morning variety show, “Showtime” alongside Vhong Navarro, Kim Atienza, Vice Ganda and many more. Also in 2009, Anne played the role of Candice in the television series, The Wedding. Her leading men were Zanjoe Marudo and Derek Ramsay.

In 2010, Anne co-starred with Sam Milby in the film “Babe, I Love You”. Her second movie for 2010 was “In Your Eyes”. Her co-stars include Claudine Barretto and her ex-boyfriend, Richard Gutierrez. Her role in this film earned her a Best Supporting Actress Award from the 29th Luna Awards and a Movie Actress of the Year Nominee from the 27th PMPC Star Awards for Movies.

Anne Curtis is enjoying the best things life can offer. 2011 is definitely her year. Numerous magazine appearances, blockbuster movie, certified gold album, highly-rating television show, and an upcoming concert; her career seems to be reaching not just the skies but the universe. This year, Anne was also given four titles – Princess of All Media, National Sweetheart, Concert Empress and Box-Office Queen. She has everything and she deserves every bit of it.

In 2011, Anne co-starred with Jericho Rosales in the Philippine adaptation of the Koreanovela Green Rose. In that same year, Anne co-starred with Eugene Domingo and bestfriend Luis Manzano in the romantic-comedy film, “Who’s That Girl?”.

On September 23, 2011, Anne launched her debut album, “ANNEBISYOSA”, under Viva Records.

October 16, 2011, with less than a month of release, the album reached the gold status, as it sold 10,000 copies.

On December 11, 2011, the album reached the Platinum status.

In September, 2011, Anne co-starred with Cristine Reyes and Derek Ramsay in the phenomenal box-office hit, “No Other Woman”. Anne played the role of Kara Zalderiaga, a young, beautiful, beautiful carefree socialite who can and will get whatever she wants. The film earned Php 275 Million, making it the highest grossing Filipino film, until it was beaten by The Unkabogable Praybeyt Benjamin. Anne was nominated as Movie Actress of the Year at the 28th PMPC Star Awards for Movies. Their role lead them to be recognized as the Box Office King and Queens at the Guillermo Mendoza Memorial Foundation’s 43rd Box-Office Entertainment Awards. Anne also won as the Most Popular Female Novelty Singer. Anne tied with Angel Locsin (In The Name Of Love) as the Pinakapasadong Aktres at the 14th Gawad Pasado Awards.

Anne also won as Most Popular Female Novlety Singer at the Guillermo Mendoza Memorial Foundation’s 43rd Box-Office Entertainment Awards.

In December 2011, Anne’s conference for her upcoming concert, ANNEBISYOSA: No Other Concert World Tour was held. Anne was to perform at the Smart-Araneta Coliseum on January 28, 2012. The concert was also a celebration for her 15th year in show business. After her major solo concert, several provincial concerts were held, the first stop of the concert series was held on March 23, 2012 in Waterfront Hotel, Cebu and the second one was held on May 5, 2012 in Atrium, Limketkai Center, Cagayan De Oro City.

2012 is turning out to be the year of Anne Curtis as she continues to reign over magazine covers, TV/print endorsements and just recently the international fashion scene showcasing the clothes of Francis Libiran, a Filipino fashion designer on ANTM’s (America’s Next Top Model) April 25 episode. Anne raises her glass to the people who dared to dream and made it as she graces the May 2012 issue of Cosmopolitan Philippines.

Anne Curtis and Derek Ramsay reunites together with Andi Eigenmann in an intriguing film, A Secret Affair. The movie is directed by Direk Nuel Naval and written by Mel Del Rosario is set to release on the big-screen on the 24th of October. On its first day, it grossed Php 20 Million.
